1.  5pm – Airport Board Meeting - Roll Call

2.  Community Input – No Action.  The total comment period is no longer than 15 minutes. 

The Airport Board makes no decisions during this period.  Please limit all comments to 3 minutes

4. Runway Shift Update – Jeffery with Jviation

5. Manager Report – Meredith Fox 

·         TENTATIVE Runway Shorting & Closure Dates

·         Air Methods still in operations, FBO will remain open (limited hours), the runway is closed, not the airport.

·         Flying T Gate Card Reader

·         Grass Landing Turf - Currently Closed

·         Ops Data

·         Annual Invoicing/New 50 Lease – Past Due along with required aircraft registration, insurance and contact form.

·         Outstanding payments of $46,831.97 of $129,332.38 are still due.

·         Young Eagles Day June 22nd, weather day June 29th Looking for volunteers and pilots! Pre-registration online – coming soon!

·         Airport awards change order to Schedule II of the Irrigation Canal Project Staff Report

·         Airport Overlay Zone Change – was approved by airport board last DEC 2023 going to P&Z for recommendation.

Rescheduled from May 8th to June 12th. Onto Council for final decision at following Council meeting.

·         Airport Overlay Zone Map Work Session -

P&Z planning with City Council for a review of what the airport board has already recommended, so Council is up to date, especially with new Council members on June 18th.

·         Discussion - Aviation Open House during closure
